Enable fingerprint sign on windows 10

Finger Print  login in Windows 10

In my Windows 10, the Windows Hello sign in option is not visible in the Accounts. The Windows Hello is a way to log in to Windows 10 with just a look(eye iris) or touch(finger print).
The problem on my machine is the fingerprint driver is not upgraded.  Below I described how I fixed it, In between my machine is HP Elitebook 840.

Step A)  Select the Start 851aefc6-d9e7-41b6-a160-2a5e45499b33_17 Enable Fingerprint sign on Windows 10 button, then select Settings  > Accounts > Sign-in options to set up Windows Hello but what I see is below there is no such SIGN-IN option Windows Hello.

Step B) The issue is the fingerprint driver has not upgraded correctly.  So First I uninstalled the Biometric driver in my device manager as shown below.

Step C) Download the Fingerprint driver for the device (Mine is HP Elitebook) and install it on the system

Step D) Once the driver is installed. Restart the system, now the ‘Windows Hello’ is visible in the Accounts Sign-in Option. See below.
