Primavera P6 Professional Installation on SQLlite

Operating System: Windows 10 , 64 bit
Download P6 Professional. Click here for the download instruction.
Click here if you are looking for P6 Professional installation on Oracle database
Step1: Unzip the downloaded file V77877-01.zip file in a folder as shown below and double click the setup.exe
Step2: Check 64 bit and click Install
Step3: Click Install, This will install JRE on your machine.
Step4: Click Close. This will get back to the primavera installation wizard
Step5: Click Next
Step6: Select Typical and click Next
Step7: Click Skip
Step8: Click Install
Step8: Select P6 Pro Standalone (SQLitr) and click Next
Step9: Choose Add a new standalone database and connection and click Next
Step10: Enter password for P6 login and enter password for System
Note: Save this password, you will need the admin password to log into P6 Professional
Step11: Check ‘Local Sample Data’ as shown below and click Next
Step12: The connection Successful! appear on the screen. Click Finish
Step13: Click Finish to close the installation wizard
Note: P6 professional installation is completed now.
Open P6 Professional
a) Go to Start >> All Apps >> Oracle – Primavera P6 >> P6 Professional (64)
b)Enter the password for admin. This is you provided in Step10.
c)Click Ok for the pop-up.
d)The P6 Professional opens in the screen, Go to Admin >> Admin Preferences
d)Select tab Industry >> Choose your industry type >> Click Close
e)Click OK for the pop-up.
e)Explore P6 Professional
