Primavera P6 API/WS Error: The database is not setup to use the authentication mode selected: WebSSO:LDAP
I have received the following error while accessing the P6 Webservice. Some times, I received similar king of ther below error in P6 API as well.
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : A server exception occurred while trying to perform username token authentication: Invalid database instance. The database is not setup to use the authentication mode selected: WebSSO:LDAP
Open your P6 admin config>> Click on the Authentication tab >> Expand the configuration used by the P6 Web Service (or API) >> Check the Login Mode and Authentication are same. For example: If your Login Mode is LDAP then Authentication Mode must be LDAP.
