How to create third party library in JDeveloper 12C

A library is a set of jar and other needful files required for a project to run. This section, I have explained how to create a third party library with a set of jar files which will be added to a project during the deployment time.

Create Project Dependable Library in JDeveloper 12C

1. Go to Tools >> Manage Libraries

2. Click on the button New >> Input a Library Name >> Select Class Path >>
Select Add Entry >> Select the folder that contains third party jar files

3. Select the check box ‘Deployed by Default‘ >> Click Ok

If it enabled, the library added to the application during the deployment

4. The library get added under the user directory

How to add the library to the project

1. Double click on the project >> Select the Libraries and Classpath >> Click on the button Add Library >> Select the library >> Click Ok >> Click Ok
