How to Create Entity Object relationship on ADF

In this section, I have explained creating a relationship between  Employee view object and Job view object. The two VO’s are tables in HR schema which will come by default in Oracle database.  The ADF relationship is similar to JOIN in SQL queries. We are going to create the following SQL Join statement in ADF:

Pre-Requisite

JDeveloper 12.1.3 (Install BPM quick installer, The JDeveloper will be available in the application)

HR Schema (Ships with Oracle database, unlock the account by ALTER USER HR ACCOUNT UNLOCK)

Employee & Job Entity/View objects

Create a relationship in ADF:

Double click on the EmployeeVO >> Click on tab ‘Entity Objects’ >> Move JobEO from Available to Selected >> Click Save
